Above is Post Monitoring of TukkRivers, I used his name because GabMon actually came in handy when he was away from the platform after hurricane damage. The monitor checks for new posts 1/min and will alert you to the presence of a new post. The 'User @' link allows you to open a new tab/instance of your default browser to read the new post on their profile. If no option boxes are checked, then the monitor simply logs the post count changes on the interface. Clicking a name in the user list on the 'Monitor Posts' tab auto-starts the monitor on the user name that is clicked in the list. You can also then copy the name for pasting into name fields on the other monitor tabs.

This shot also shows GabMon multi-monitoring separate users for other profile stats at the same time. When a monitor is active, it'll show the user name it is actively monitoring under the corresponding monitor link in the main menu (highlighted in green). You can also monitor all 'the things' on the same person simultaneously.

While I was writing the description above for 'Post Monitoring', I went over to the 'Score Monitoring' tab and stopped the monitor. Doing so displays the sessions results and resets the monitor button. Clear the results and you're ready to start another session. I've been coding quite a bit lately, but when I get back to posting I'll give this a try monitoring myself just to check out the results. Checking the option to 'Alert if score decreases' will do just that, if you're not actively doing something on Gab, then you'll be notified. (You'll also be notified if you down vote someone, as it costs you a point to do so)  You can watch a person being down voted in mass if you happen to be monitoring them.

Above is a 'Following' monitor session. In an earlier session on this acct., I confirmed the use of a following bot/script by logging the person following people at a rate of almost 1/sec. After just a few days they had over 50k Followings. The use of such bots/scripts are against Gabs guidelines and if reported, the consequences may vary. If the user argues and lies about the use, then they may end up banned. It's more likely however, if they're caught early that they'll be warned and agree to discontinue use. (From my experience) The reason some people use the bots, is to quickly gain a percentage of the followings as 'Followers'. At some point in the future they will then remove a bunch of the people they are following in order to make it look as if they have a huge following of people while following very few. An attempt to gain e-celeb status on Gab perhaps? At any rate, GabMon can help you catch them and take into consideration that information when deciding whether or not to follow them back and/or report them for behavior against the guidelines by providing a log of the events.

PS: You can check to make sure it's logging changes by changing the 'Current Followings' number after the first check or so, at that point it should log a change on the next check interval.

NOTE: The following screenshots are from GabMon 2.0 beta, before the server side changes to Gab on Dec. 24, 2017. They are not currently accurate.

*Above is  the 'Profiler' running on Andrew's account. 'Profile' ratings top rating is a 15/15, but the higher the number of percentage of followers up-voting should be considered as well.

8-15/15 = Green light for following, provided they didn't trigger the 'Dealbreaker' criteria.

4-7/15 = Yellow light for following, proceed with caution as the user is 'sitting' on the fence.

0-3/15 = Red light for following, you should consider not following the user being rated.

*Below is the 'Profiler' rating a low scoring user profile.

** The two shots of this feature were taken at different stages in development, the end product      includes the 'Dealbreaker' criteria and it is designated by the end user.

This capture is one of GabMon after the top banner has been replaced with my own personal custom banner. Instructions for accomplishing this can be found in the 'F.A.Q.' area from the menu at left.
